About
Hello, I’m Navneet Kaur, a registered counsellor with CPCA (Registration No. 6021) and an MPCC — Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling.
I’m dedicated to supporting people from diverse backgrounds on their journey toward healing and personal growth. Life can be challenging and sometimes leaves us feeling stuck. Talking with someone who is fully present and attentive can open the door to self-exploration and deeper understanding. Reaching out for support is a powerful first step toward positive, lasting change.
Lived Experience
I’ve been there — trying to keep the wheels turning while everything inside feels messy. When you’re lost, it’s easy to doubt that help exists. But give this process—and yourself—a shot. I want to be part of the support you deserve so you can actually start enjoying this life.
My decision to become a counsellor grew out of personal experience with sudden loss and the grief that followed—often accompanied by depression, anxiety and self-doubt. Through my own healing process I found a calling to support others on their path to recovery and wellbeing.
A Message to You
If you’re reading this and carrying the slow weight of grief with anxiety, depression, or self-doubt, or any other concerns know that acknowledging the struggle is courageous and necessary. Seeking help — whether through therapy, a trusted friend, a support group, or medical care — is not surrender; it’s a commitment to yourself. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting. It means learning to live with loss in a way that leaves room for growth, connection, and the possibility of joy again.
I’m still on this journey. Some days are easier, some harder. What’s different is that I no longer carry grief alone, and I no longer let my internal critic set the rules. That shift — from isolation and silence to acknowledgement and action — is where the real healing lives.

I value and respect each person’s unique perspective, recognising that different experiences shape different truths.
I stay curious and open-minded, seeking to understand rather than to correct or persuade.
I practise patience, allowing silence and reflection time so clients can find their own words and insights.
I avoid rushing the process; progress can be gradual and I honour each step the client takes.
I hold a non-judgemental stance, even when views or choices differ from my own.
I check my assumptions regularly and invite clarification rather than making interpretations.
I reinforce that diverse perspectives are legitimate and can coexist without needing to be reconciled immediately.
I centre the client as the expert of their own life; they lead the pace, topics and direction of each session.
I offer gentle prompts and reflections to support exploration, not to steer conclusions.
I maintain a safe, respectful space where clients can express conflicting feelings, change their
