A 60-minute Innerrise counselling session provides a focused, compassionate space to explore concerns, set goals, and practice tailored strategies. Sessions start with a short check-in, move into deeper exploration or skill-building (e.g., cognitive reframing, mindfulness, communication), and end with a clear summary and practical steps—delivered with warmth, professionalism, and a light, approachable tone.

Prefer more than an hour? We can book an 90-minute session to give extra space for intense emotions, big decisions, trauma work, or extended skill practice. The additional time lets us gently warm into sensitive topics, explore more deeply, and thoroughly ground new insights. It’s especially helpful for complex issues, EMDR or somatic work, major life transitions, or when you want time for practice and integration. We’ll set clear goals and a comfortable pace at the start and adjust as needed. We can also plan session frequency and follow-up to make sure it fits your ongoing care.
